WE DON'T MAKE WOVEN GOODS, BUT YOU CAN WITH MIC

#ApplicaMIC

The production of knitted fabric is called knitting and is carried out with linear or circular knitting machines. The process reproduces the effect of traditional hand-knitting, but at an industrial level and with superior quality and advanced technology.

The essential factor in the production of knitted fabrics is the choice of yarn, which must be regular, with a minimum number of faults and with characteristics appropriate to the project to be realised.

For quality knitwear production, it is important to know about a yarn:

  • Fineness or count (or thickness)
  • Number of garments
  • Raw material
  • Elasticity or shrinkage
